I am a freshman at Columbia College Chicago studying Music Management. I am a artist in my artistic ways. This website was created to embrace our natural beauty. "I Prefer Mine" is a logo that gives me wisdom by preferring to my own taste and style. At the age of 9-14, my hair was very long. At the time I figured beauty consisted of sew-ins and perms that was influenced around me. Later on those years, I figured to get a sew-in and my hair was pretty damaged afterwards. Now, I strive to embrace younger adults and even adults to "prefer yours". Beauty doesn't consist of weaves and such that damages your hair. Be proud of who you are and embrace it. I Prefer Mine.
